The ISOPILOT SaaS platform can be included in a digital investment plan supplied by UESE ITALIA S.p.A., a supplier authorised to provide eligible services and products under the measure.
The offer classification is checked before the commercial proposal against the requested configuration, UESE authorised codes and beneficiary requirements.

ISOPILOT centralises ISO, GDPR, NIS2 and MOG 231 projects, controlled documents, workflows, evidence, risks, audits, actions, deadlines and governed AI functions. The commercial configuration can be mapped to the applicable SaaS categories declared by UESE in the supplier list.

The measure supports the acquisition of new and additional technological solutions or solutions that are substantially more advanced and secure than those already in use.
Requirements under the measure rules
- SME or self-employed professional meeting the eligibility requirements.
- Operations in Italy.
- Internet connectivity of at least 30 Mbps download at the time of application.
- Spending plan of at least EUR 4,000.
- New, additional solution or substantial improvement over the solution already in use.
- Compliance with de minimis rules and the other applicable requirements.

Frequently asked questions about ISOPILOT and the Voucher.
Can ISOPILOT be included in the Cloud & Cybersecurity Voucher?
Yes. ISOPILOT can be proposed by UESE ITALIA under the applicable SaaS categories for which UESE is authorised, subject to verification of the specific configuration offered, beneficiary requirements and the spending plan. The grant is not automatic.
How much can the grant cover?
The measure provides a non-repayable grant of up to 50% of eligible expenditure, with a maximum grant of EUR 20,000. The spending plan cannot be below EUR 4,000.
Who can apply?
SMEs and self-employed professionals operating in Italy, subject to the requirements of the measure, including an internet connection with a minimum download speed of 30 Mbps at the time of application.
When can applications be submitted?
Pre-filling is scheduled from 12:00 on 20 October 2026. Applications are scheduled from 12:00 on 10 November 2026 until 12:00 on 20 January 2027, subject to earlier exhaustion of available funds.
Can UESE support the configuration of the offer?
Yes. UESE can carry out a preliminary needs assessment, identify the ISOPILOT configuration consistent with the plan and prepare an offer with the supplier references and applicable categories.
