2. Nature and purpose of ISOPILOT
ISOPILOT is a B2B SaaS service assisting organisations, consultants and internal teams with information gathering, design, drafting, revision and controlled management of manuals, procedures, records and other documents relating to management systems and certification standards. The platform may use artificial intelligence features to analyse sources and propose content.
ISOPILOT is not a certification body and use of the platform does not result in the issue, maintenance or renewal of any certification. Unless governed by a separate professional engagement, outputs do not constitute an independent audit, legal advice, conformity statement or approval by UESE.
3. Website content and no exclusive reliance
Public content is provided for general information and marketing purposes. Descriptions, examples, images, diagrams, prices and roadmaps may be updated. Binding service features are those stated in the order, the activated plan, the Terms and the settings actually available in the account.
Users must not make organisational, legal, technical or certification decisions solely on public content or unverified outputs. Each document must be adapted to the actual context, approved by competent persons and implemented through evidence.
4. Trade marks, software and intellectual property
ISOPILOT, its visual design, architecture, software, templates, icons, prompts, taxonomies and proprietary editorial content are protected by intellectual property law. ISO marks and standard designations belong to their respective owners; references merely identify supported standards and do not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Reproduction, systematic extraction, reverse engineering, resale, distribution or creation of competing services using substantial parts of the platform is prohibited unless authorised in writing or mandatorily permitted by law.
5. Third-party links and resources
The website may link to regulatory sources, providers or third-party websites. UESE does not control the availability, security or currency of external resources and does not claim ownership of them. Links to official sources are provided for convenience and do not replace professional analysis.
6. Accessibility, reports and updates
UESE aims to provide a usable experience on desktop and mobile devices. Accessibility issues, security concerns, unlawful content or rights infringements may be reported to info@uese.eu, including the URL, description and relevant evidence. This page may be updated to reflect organisational, technical or regulatory changes.
7. Public certification register
The Certifications page makes credentials and certificates relating to the platform operator available for consultation. Records are provided for information and transparency: the official certificate and issuing body register prevail for scope, sites, exclusions, validity and status. Publication does not extend certification to subjects, products, services or scopes not expressly identified.
