1. What cookies and similar technologies are
Cookies are small files stored by the browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and technical identifiers. They may be necessary to provide the service, remember preferences, protect sessions or, if configured and authorised, measure usage.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
ISOPILOT uses technical cookies for authenticated sessions, CSRF protection, load balancing or security, language and essential preferences. These tools are necessary for requested operation and do not require consent, while remaining subject to transparency. Disabling them may prevent login, saving or request protection.
3. Analytics, marketing and optional tools
The standard configuration must not activate non-anonymised analytics, profiling or marketing cookies before valid consent. If introduced, the banner must provide easy rejection, granular choice, withdrawal and consent evidence. This page will be updated with provider, purpose, duration and transfers.
4. Indicative list of essential tools
| Tool | Purpose | Typical duration |
|---|---|---|
| application session | authentication and session continuity | session or limited period |
| CSRF token | protection against unauthorised requests | session |
| language preference | IT/EN display | up to 12 months |
| security cookie | abuse limitation and integrity | proportionate period |
Actual names may vary by framework and hosting. The browser shows the current list for the domain.
5. Management, refusal and withdrawal
Users may manage cookies through the banner, where present, and browser settings. Deletion does not prevent new technical cookies from being set on a later visit. Refusal of optional tools must not impair access to the essential service.
6. Legal framework, contacts and changes
Management takes into account the ePrivacy Directive, GDPR, the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Authority’s cookie guidelines. Questions may be sent to info@uese.eu. Changes to providers or purposes will result in an updated policy and, where required, renewed consent.
Preference centre and consent withdrawal
The floating “Privacy and cookies” button allows the preference centre to be reopened at any time. Users may accept all optional tools, reject them, or select preferences, analytics and marketing separately. The choice is stored in a technical cookie and local storage to record its version and apply it on later visits. Non-essential tools remain disabled until valid consent is provided.
