The controller for the public website, commercial relationships, accounts, billing, support and service security is UESE ITALIA S.p.A. Privacy requests may be sent to info@isopilot.it.
When customers upload documents, company files, manuals or procedures, IsoPilot processes such contents under the applicable contractual role, normally as processor on behalf of the customer controller.
2. Data, purposes and AI assistance
IsoPilot may process identification, professional and company data, credentials, roles, technical logs, security events, billing data, support requests and user-uploaded contents. Processing supports SaaS delivery, document generation, customer assistance, platform protection, legal obligations and commercial management.
Document AI features assist extraction, field completion, draft generation and document suggestions. Outputs must always be reviewed by the user or appointed consultant before professional use.
3. Legal bases, retention and rights
Legal bases include contract performance, legal obligations, legitimate interest in service security and improvement and, where required, consent. Data is retained for periods consistent with purposes, accounting obligations, contract, security, backup and legal defense.
Data subjects may exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and consent withdrawal where applicable. Complaints may be lodged with the competent supervisory authority.
