Data Processing Agreement

1. Roles and instructions

For customer-uploaded contents, UESE ITALIA S.p.A. may act as processor. The customer remains controller and provides documented instructions through the contract, platform configuration and operational requests.

2. Measures and subprocessors

Appropriate technical and organizational measures include access controls, backup, logs, application security, logical segregation and incident management. Subprocessors are selected according to reliability and operational necessity.
